Moss at SLS is open for business, in the middle of the Bazaar, home to four (count ’em) restaurants from Spanish superchef Jose Andres and a bar, a patisserie and a fortune teller. We fit right in. It’s a night time shopping experience, since for now our hours follow those of the restaurants, and we open at 3pm, and stay open until midnight. It's an LA thing.
